Kadence - Library not loading

Every once in a while, we see an issue where you’re trying to load a page or section from the Design Library and it spins and won’t load onto the page. Nearly 99% of the time, this happens with our customers who use Bluehost as their host.

Bluehost, by default, blocks access to the admin-ajax.php file, which is needed in order to load the content onto the page. You’ll need to call or submit a ticket to Bluehost and have them enable access to this file and this problem should resolve.
